St John’s C of E Primary School reached out to us, requesting a site visit to access their space and recommend suitable lockers based on the available area and the needs of 240 children spanning years 3 to 6.
These lockers were intended for storing belongings in the corridors during the school day, accessible to students at a height manageable without assistance from teachers. Following a comprehensive site survey, we provided a detailed quote that encompassed both the cost of the lockers and their installation.
To streamline the process for the school, we included the installation service in our quote, eliminating the need for them to find a separate contractor. The decision was made not to pre-nest the lockers during manufacturing, allowing flexibility for future relocation within the school premises. However, during installation, the lockers were securely fastened together using bolts to ensure safety.
Initially, the school opted not to include numbering for the lockers in their order. Post-installation, they reconsidered and requested locker numbering, which we promptly supplied. The attachment of the numbering to the lockers proved to be a straightforward process, enhancing the overall functionality of the storage units. After completion, we took photos of the installed lockers to document their pristine condition and visual appeal before student use, reaffirming our commitment to quality.
