Most of our spare and replacement keys are available on a next-day delivery service providing they are delivered before 1 pm and are in stock. Keys not in stock have longer lead times as we have to order them from our suppliers (some overseas). If you would like a precise time frame, please contact us as depending on the key series/type, it will determine how long they take to arrive! So you are aware, we are unable to cut keys for front door locks or gate locks so if you are not sure where else to try, we could still be of help on 01953 718221 and recommend where to go next!
Usually, when ordering master keys, we will ask you to fill out a form upon request to ensure that you are the owners and purchasers of the locks you are needing the master keys for. Finding master keys on the website is quite straightforward as they should come up as a related product when on a specific lock page. If you have any questions or cannot find what you are looking for, then by all means contact us and we will be sure to help you out.
All of the keys on our website are between £2.49 and £19.50 depending on the brand and the lock that they will be operating. The cheaper the lock that the key goes with, the cheaper the spare/replacement keys normally are! If your lock is expensive then the chances are, your spare/replacement keys are going to be pricey too!
The delivery of most of our keys will depend on who they are sent out with for delivery. We mainly use either Royal Mail or DPD and cost around £9.50 (sometimes less, sometimes more). The number of keys or locks that you order may determine the cost of delivery as the package may be of a bigger size than standard.
You don’t! Our highly trained team of locker experts will help you identify your lockers and all the parts you will need. We’ll even keep all of the information on file for future reference to ensure a quicker and easier process. Call our team for assistance on 01953 718221. On the other hand, if you know the make/manufacturer of your lockers then finding locks or spare/replacement parts can be slightly easier and save a large amount of time and emails!
If you are a school or a government body then there is no need to fill out any forms, just send us your purchase order. If you are a private company then click here to download an account form. Accounts can take up to 14 days to open and any credit is subject to status. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.
Depending on what the product is will determine when you start to get bulk discounts. Usually, around 5 or 10 units of certain products will come with a discount. Any orders of over 100 (mainly locks) will most likely get discounted. Large locker quotes are usually quoted and if possible, discounts will be provided automatically.
Many of our products also feature quantity discounts, details of these are contained on each product page
Yes. A few of the locks we sell are either waterproof or water-resistant. We only recommend using the fully waterproof ones outside if the area is unsheltered as this reduces the chances of them breaking. Water-resistant locks could stop working if they get too wet and cannot dry out. If locks have been used outdoors and have got wet when we advise not to do this, we may not be able to replace or refund them. Padlocks, cam locks, and hasp locks are the ones that shouldn’t break if used outdoors whereas our digital and electronic locks could be at risk – of course, if you’re unsure then contact us on 01953 718221 and we can help you out.
No. The main items that we sell locks for would be Lockers, Cupboards, Cabinets, and Internal Wooden Doors. If you are not sure where else to get your front door lock or gate lock please contact us and we may be able to recommend where else to try.
Sometimes. Depending on whether you have used the product and taken it out of the packaging or realised you have ordered the wrong things will determine whether we can accept a return.
Any order which is bespoke made, for example, any lockers that have been custom made as the sizes are not standard on our website, we cannot accept back. On the other hand, if the locks have been ordered by mistake and have not been used then we should be able to refund them and send out the right ones providing the wrong ones are sent back to us in as good as new condition. You can also find out more in our Terms & Conditions.
We price check all our competitors to ensure we always offer the best value in the market. If however, another company does come in cheaper will guarantee to beat that price as long as it is of comparable quality to a product we advertise.

No. Our lockers are custom-made based on a specific time frame, which depends on the current workload of our manufacturer. While there are occasions when the factory can deliver quickly during quieter periods, we cannot always guarantee this.
While it is sometimes possible to use other materials, we generally recommend plastic or aluminium lockers for outdoor use. These materials are less prone to rust or corrosion, even if submerged in water for extended periods of time.
