As the festive season draws near, we want to share an important Christmas message with all our valued customers regarding holiday opening hours, delivery deadlines, and upcoming price adjustments.
Our offices will close at 4:00 PM on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 and will reopen at 9:00 AM on Friday 2nd January 2026. During this time, our team will be taking a well-deserved break to recharge, ready to support you in the new year.
To guarantee delivery before the Christmas shutdown, the final cut-off for in-stock items on next-day delivery is 12:00 PM on Monday 22nd December 2025. Orders received after this time may not arrive until after we return in January, so we strongly recommend planning ahead to avoid disruption.
Please bear in mind that many of our suppliers and manufacturers also close during this period. This may cause extended processing or delivery times beyond our control. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible. Our team will do everything we can to confirm availability and work with you to meet your requirements.
In addition, we would like to notify you of a price adjustment effective 1st January 2026. Most of our product prices will increase from this date. To secure current pricing, we suggest placing your orders before the Christmas break.
