2.1 Locker Assist is exclusively available to customers who have purchased lockers directly from Lockertek Ltd.
2.2 The service applies to lockers within the UK and is valid for the lifespan of the lockers, provided they remain in operational use.

4.1 Lockertek Ltd strives to maintain stock levels of common spare parts; however, availability is subject to change.
4.2 Next-day delivery is available on selected items, subject to order placement and stock availability.
4.3 Lockertek Ltd retains ownership of all spare parts until we receive full payment.
5.1 You must pre-book service visits, and they depend on engineer availability.
5.2 We charge a call-out fee, and you may incur additional costs depending on the repair or maintenance required.
5.3 We charge a cancellation fee if you cancel your service visit with less than 24 hours notice.
6.1 Locker Assist includes assistance with any valid locker warranty claims, subject to the terms of the original product warranty.
6.2 You must provide proof of purchase and relevant issue details to make a warranty claim.
6.3 Any repairs or replacements outside of the warranty period will be chargeable.
7.1 Lockertek Ltd provides Locker Assist services at its discretion and may modify or withdraw them at any time.
7.2 Lockertek Ltd reserves the right to refuse service in cases of misuse, vandalism, or lack of proper maintenance.
