Please note that we are unable to deliver lockers to residential or home addresses. We deliver locker/furniture orders using a 16.5-metre articulated lorry, which requires suitable access and space for pallet unloading. For this reason, our manufacturer enforces strict residential locker delivery restrictions. We automatically cancel and refund any order placed to a residential address.
Delivery is kerbside only, it is at the drivers discretion whether they will bring the goods into your site as they are not insured to be on your property. Therefore, it is essential that someone is present on site between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, to accept the delivery. Any failed delivery attempts due to lack of access or no one being available will incur additional redelivery charges must be paid prior to redelivery.
Remember that lockers are made to order and are generally non-returnable. Unlike off-the-shelf products, lockers are manufactured to match specific customer requirements for size, style, material, and configuration.
