Henry Wood House approached us with a request for additional lockers to equip another of their premises. Specifically, they wanted to order the same models they had previously purchased from us — Probe 3 Door Zenbox Lockers and Standard 3 Compartment Wire Mesh Lockers. These lockers were intended for use in both male and female changing rooms, ensuring consistent storage solutions across their facilities.
As part of our service, we managed both delivery and installation. The customer expressed a preference for the installation to take place in early February. To accommodate this, we scheduled the process for Friday 2nd February, aligning with their requirements while keeping the project timeline clear and achievable.
Originally, delivery of the lockers was planned for mid-January. However, after discussions with the client and our suppliers, we agreed to adjust the schedule slightly. Instead, the lockers would arrive at the end of January, closer to the installation date. This change reduced the need for unnecessary storage and simplified the logistics.
To further streamline the process, we arranged for the lockers to be delivered directly to the installers rather than to the client. This ensured the lockers could be transported straight from the installers to the client’s premises on the morning of the job. Fortunately, our supplier was able to accommodate this adjustment, which made the entire process smooth and efficient.
Thanks to careful planning, transparent communication, and flexible scheduling, the installation was carried out without issue. Henry Wood House were pleased with the result, and the additional lockers provided a practical and secure storage solution for their changing facilities.
